What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Transformation Process Analyst to join our Transformation and Business Process Management (BPM) team. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, optimizing, and implementing business processes to support organizational change and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in BPM methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts. They will work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and drive operational excellence while ensuring alignment with Teradata’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Lead BPM initiatives by developing process architecture, process models, and governance frameworks in line with BPM best practices.
Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor process performance and transformation success.
Use process mining tools, workflow automation, and data analysis to recommend and implement process improvements.
Design future-state processes that drive operational efficiency and support Teradata’s digital transformation strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on BPM frameworks (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma) and lead process re-engineering workshops and assessments.
Ensure processes are documented, scalable, and auditable while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to develop business cases for technology solutions that support process improvements.
Champion a continuous improvement culture, providing guidance and training to stakeholders on BPM practices and tools.
Monitor the implementation of transformation projects, addressing risks and ensuring milestones are met.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in process improvement, BPM, and transformation roles, preferably within a technology or enterprise organization.
Expertise in BPM frameworks and tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, ARIS, Appian, or related platforms).
Experience in process mining, automation, and digital workflow solutions (e.g., Celonis, UiPath, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in building detailed process maps and recommendations.
What You'll Bring
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), BPMN, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, data management, and enterprise-level IT systems.
Knowledge of change management principles and practices in large-scale transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies to support iterative development and implementation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: 84,000.00 - 105,000.00 - 126,000.00 Annually
