Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Director, Alzheimer’s Commercial Lead, is responsible for leading the overall provider strategy and execution for the launch and expansion of Alzheimer’s therapies. They will partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Pharma BD Team, Market Access, Chronic Sales Team, Marketing, the Infusion Clinic team, and Sales Training Team to develop and deploy our Go-To-Market in Alzheimer’s. They will work to develop the plan for key market entry, provider targets, messaging, and supporting the delivery of the execution with the sales and clinical teams.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Develops strategy and enables the execution for the launch and expansion of Alzheimer’s with Go-To-Market plans
Drives strategic account management with key providers
Partners with Chief Medical Officer and team in communicating the clinical management and programs to providers
Partners with marketing to develop key messages and materials
Supports the development and rollout of sales training
Leads segmentation and targeting of key accounts
Supports sales execution in partnership with the Chronic Sales Leader
Partners with Market Access on strategy and execution
Partners with Operations & AIC Team on strategy and execution
Collaborates with Pharma BD Team in pharma partnerships
Interacts with senior management team regularly to provide updates and collaborate on growth plans

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Master’s degree Preferred
10 – 15 years of experience in a strategic commercial/business role
Deep Alzheimer’s Therapy Experience
Basic Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends, competitive threats, and consumers
Must be able to analyze metrics and develop data driven insights and solutions
Ability to identify key issues/opportunities and develop action plans in a timely manner
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Full oversight and accountability for business plan formulation from concept to completion
Must have strong listening skills and possesses the ability to capture the perspectives of diverse stakeholders to develop a unified plan and solution
Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate with senior executives
Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
Strong interest in and knowledge of the healthcare industry
Ability to travel domestically
Must be able to work independently and be self-sufficient, but also must be able to act as a team leader and collaborator
Physical Demand Requirements
Ability to work on a laptop computer or personal computer for extended periods of time
Occasional bending, stooping, reaching
Ability to travel within state and across states

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Master’s degree in business administration preferred
Experience in Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Category
Experience in Commercial / Business strategy and execution roles
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $144,479.27-$240,813.48
