Ford Motor Company Sr. UX/UI Designer in Madison, Wisconsin
As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design efforts to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to transform complex concepts into user-friendly designs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing interactive prototypes to ensure a seamless user experience. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles is essential for this role.

Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all digital platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs while maintaining a user-centric approach.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver cutting-edge user experiences.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors of Arts, Graphics Design
5-10 years' experience in User Experience Design and Development
Expertise in Figma
Expertise in UX Design best practices
Expertise in User Interface Design best practices
