Job Description Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Solutions team at GE Healthcare; a team that partners with our large strategic and international customers to tackle the evolving challenges of global healthcare. This role is part of the Advisory and Adoption Team who combine proven improvement methodologies with clinical knowledge and analytical techniques to devise solutions and deliver sustainable improvement and front-line change. We focus on the people, processes, structure and governance surrounding the equipment, systems and technology to identify and enable changes designed to optimize the value and return on client’s investments.

The Advisory Associate will be responsible for delivery of change management, process optimisation and pathway redesign engagements directly with GE Healthcare clients. They will be the key point of contact for ‘on the ground’ change management and improvement implementation with a wide variety of client staff. They will focus on optimising the impact and realising the benefits of GE Healthcare’s suite of products and services. They will also work very closely with the wider GE Healthcare local teams and modalities delivering the overall solutions to optimise and expedite value for our customers.

Our roles work in true partnership with our customers, and as a result, to enable successful customer impact, some travel will be required across the territory. The level of travel estimated for this position is 60%, which we will continue to review to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible, whilst also fostering a healthy work life balance.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deploy process improvement, pathway design and change management tools and methodology as required to meet / exceed client expectations.

  • Contribute to the development of standard ways of working that can be applied to multiple engagements by team members, applicable to multiple markets globally.

  • Develop and grow relationships with strategic GE Healthcare clients to build our reputation as a trusted advisor and high quality partner

  • Develop and grow relationships with the wider GE Healthcare teams and modalities to enable a ‘OneGE’ approach to the client

  • Work with the wider Enterprise Solutions team to develop products and services. Support in pre-sales and sales activities to ensure business volume growth in alignment with the team targets

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in Process Improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, ToC etc..) and Change Management tools.

  • Awareness and understanding of the Healthcare provider industry

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills delivering impactful client facing communications and presentations

  • Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking to include the evaluation of ideas and synthesizing of information into insights.

  • Strong data analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations

  • Language skills – English essential (Business level) plus at least one other
