Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform controlling activities of Sulzer Management AG, including financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast.

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a smooth monthly closing. • Assist with IT closing activities, from reclassification to correction.

• Maintain the HQ cost centre structure in SAP.

• Participate in financial planning of Sulzer including monthly rolling forecast and annual budget.

• Notably, drive the entire process behind the Sulzer service and IT fee from cost collection, fee calculation and fee invoicing.

• In that respect, act as key contact for business controllers and legal entities throughout the world.

• Act as business partner to cost centers owners and global functional heads.

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in corporate finance.

• Prior exposure to overheads controlling and headquarter processes such as service fees.

• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and business application tools.

• Analytically strong person with high energy to drive for result.

• Highest degree of accuracy and precision / good attention to detail

• Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processes.

• A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude. Fluency in English.
