Schedule: Full Time
Shift : Days ( Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30 / Friday 7:30-4:00pm)
Location: 900 WINDERLEY PL, Maitland, 32751
The role you’ll contribute:
Under the direct supervision of the department manager or assistant director, this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects.

Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries.
Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing.
Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies.
Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
•Effective time management and organizational skills
•Ability to display professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Effectively able to problem solve in complex situations
•Ability to adapt to new situations and responsibilities
•Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
•Analytical skills
•A notary public
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Grad or Equiv 0 years experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Associate's Degree
•Related experience
