ACCELERATED MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM is a fast-track pathway to help unlock the fullest potential of the leader in YOUth

The 24-month program is geared towards accelerating future leaders of Nestle Philippines in various streams through advanced and immersive learning experience across functions. It aims to grow high-performing young talents that possess adaptive skills and growth mindset to become future leaders of Nestlé through the support and guidance of Senior Leaders in the organization.​​

By the end of the program, AMT graduates are expected to be prime candidates for future leadership roles who share our company values rooted in respect and standout with their own distinctive strengths.

Openings are for the following:

Commercial (Sales & Marketing) 2025 - Open to Sales, Marketing and Engineering Talents 0-3 Years work experience (will be assigned offsite for 1 year during the sales stint (Field Sales Manager Role) with housing and transport allowance can be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (Ilocos Sur, Bulacan, Cavite, Camarines Norte, Iloilo, Cebu, Davao, Dipolog etc.) and back in the Rockwell Makati Office on your 2nd year for the Customer Development Executive Role and the Marketing roles for the remainder of the program.

Supply Chain 2025 - Open to Operations and Engineering Talents with 0-3 Years work experience (will be assigned both in the main office in Rockwell Makati but also in the factories such as Cabuyao, Canlubang, Tanauan, Lipa, Cagayan de Oro)

Technical 2025 (Factory Operations Licensed Chemical/Mechanical and Electrical Engineers only with 3-5 Years required work experience ) will be assigned both in the main office in Rockwell Makati but also in the factories such as Cabuyao, Canlubang, Tanauan, Lipa, Cagayan de Oro.
