Summary of Role: The job will require collaboration and effective communication between global OPC team and relevant Fab teams (Metrology, Process Integration, Lithography, Etch) for managing OPC data collection which will be used for weak points verification, OPC model calibration, verification or support Fab transfer/ matching qualification across multiple technology nodes (12nm, 14nm, 22nm, 40nm & 45nm). Essential Responsibilities:
Build OPC metrology recipes compiled from SMT requests for both Hitachi and AMAT tools
Perform metrology dry runs to ensure functionality of developed recipes and fix any recipe issues as needed
Follow up on data collection activities and assist in managing priorities of submitted metrology requests
Review PI/Litho Erfs to be used for OPC data collection and ensure that correct metrology recipes are being used
Review collected OPC data and ensure that it is meeting metrology quality standards
Train other junior OPC engineers on building OPC metrology recipes
Develop automation flows to improve efficiency in data transfer and review
Work with OPC Modeling team on contour extraction
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Qualifications :
High School Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant semiconductor experience
Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)
Individuals must be well versed in all Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc…)
Ability to work 8 hour shifts - Monday – Friday
Able to sit or stand for an extended period of time (8-hour shift)
Preferred Qualifications:
6 + years direct experience working in semiconductor manufacturing or in semiconductor tool/equipment/facilities maintenance
Experience with Metrology processes highly preferred.
Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor processing and process equipment
Demonstrated ability to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation
Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and timeliness
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities
Self-motivated and keen to pursue more learning
Ability to support priority changes at short notice
Strong team player with ability to work well within a global team
Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control methodologies & systems
Equipment or process maintenance experience in semi-conductor manufacturing
Functional to advanced knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with Lean processes & activities and Kaizen team.
Expected Salary Range
$54,200.00 - $110,300.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
