Job Title: Enterprise Monitoring Engineer

Job Duties: Design solutions in Network Monitoring at the enterprise level. Document new system components and update enterprise network and application monitoring requirements for existing components. Migrate datacenters from one on-premises location to other on-premises or cloud locations. Provide technical guidance and assistance to internal customers. Troubleshoot false positive and trap-based alerts. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supported systems. Oversee the design and implementation of system and product solutions. Work on Cisco routing and switching, Bluecoat proxy, F5 load balancers, Infoblox, and Genesys Voice equipment. Manage Cisco network devices (Cisco ACI) and configure NetFlow and sFlow. Conduct engineering and technical research, make recommendations, and adjust for potential problems. Integrate and implement ITSM tools like Servicenow & Freshservice. Monitor Azure environment and work on SNMPv3, v2c configuration and trap. Ensure compliance with information security standards. Implement observability solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace. Analyze and make recommendations regarding performance, scalability, and availability metrics.

Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Master's Degree in Information Technology (Networking) or Equivalent + 1 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.

Salary/Hours/Other Details: $86,800 per year, 40 hours per week, M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
