Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience. Graduate of an HVAC technical institute or school. Have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems (1-50 Tons), Commercial Refrigeration, Boilers (gas and oil-fired), Electrical Troubleshooting, and/or Digital Controls. Able to interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and to request referrals. Work cooperatively with others and work independently with little direction. Be able to competently handle a large vehicle (such as a van) including parking and backing up in tight spaces. Ability to learn multiple sizes and types of systems. Learn and understand time constraints associated with specific repairs within time guide standards to follow Supervisor instructions to complete work in a timely manner.
