The salary range for this position is $65k - $75k annually . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm (occasional OT depending on business need)
Job Type: Full-time, benefits eligible
Pay Rate: $65-75k (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Assist in creating and fulfilling stock transfer orders for shipment to various locations in the area
Assist in creating non-rental fleet purchase requisitions (yard supplies and finished goods inventory)
Goods receipt and invoice verification with reference to above
Enter picked quantities into delivery documents (ship and return)
Verification of goods issued and goods received (shipping and receiving)
Under the direction of Operations Manager, will be required to source equipment
Conduct, participate and oversee annual Physical Inventory for the company at this location
Arrange freight services to facilitate shipping and receiving
Maintain assembly / disassembly order information
Create material movement transactions (re: assembly, disassembly, repair, damage)
Ability to operate yard forklift from time to time to assist in loading trucks for delivery
Thorough understanding of equipment in inventory to assist/troubleshoot items for delivery
Oversee the location “Rental Counter” taking orders for quick delivery or customer pick-up
Candidate will be responsible for yard & driver personnel in the Manassas, VA location.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education preferred, combined with 5 years of related working experience or equivalent.
5 years experience in the construction industry
Health and Safety training
Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel
Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
Desired:
OSHA certification
Knowledge of SAP
