Robert Half is seeking a diligent Receptionist for our client in the Construction/Contractor industry located in Mandeville, Louisiana. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, your primary tasks will revolve around managing customer interactions, data entry tasks, and managing a multi-line phone system, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered and directed appropriately

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly

• Maintain and organize files systematically to ensure easy retrieval and update

• Engage in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times

• Schedule appointments and meetings as per requests and availability

• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly, ensuring all client communication is attended to

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks

• Apply your interpersonal skills in all interactions, promoting a positive work environmentRobert Half
