Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is integral to our finance team, with the main duties encompassing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and monitoring accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all stages.

• Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis.

• Address and resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Monitor customer accounts closely and take necessary actions when required.

• Facilitate regular check runs to keep accounts up-to-date.

• Implement coding invoices to streamline the invoice processing system.

• Handle high volume accounts payable efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed within the set deadlines.

• Perform matching, batching, and coding processes with precision.

• Ensure the accurate processing of invoices, adhering to the company's standards and procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs

• Ability to handle Coding Invoices

• Knowledge in Invoice Processing

• Familiarity with nVision software

• Experience in managing Purchase Orders
