Residential Services Managers assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supporting the Direct Support Professional. Managers play a key role in providing training and development for the DSP while providing oversight to residential programs.

Responsibilities include program management, monitoring daily activities of staff, schedules, facilities, and ensuring implementation of program plans. Full-time position.
