GENERAL FUNCTION

This role is responsible for the strategy, creation and delivery of brand communication to stores, field and brand team as well as all internal Luxottica departments. Leads the creation of communications (oral, written or video) that are concise, effective and tailored to the audience. Provides strategic direction to cross-functional partners and brand team to deliver consistent messages that reflect the brand voice and strategy. This role will lead managing the brand's communications platforms.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns brand communication projects and brand initiatives to deliver Pearle Vision strategic priorities.
  • Works with department and cross-functional teams to identify internal communication goals, objectives, and strategies necessary to create effective communications for field/store distribution. Including proper cadence of the communications.
  • Provides communication support to Franchise Owners' Councils and Committees.
  • Reviews, gains necessary approvals and delivers all brand, field and store communications and announcements. Also, responsible for leading communications for Summit.
  • Oversees response time to Franchise Owners/Field/Store questions/comments. Identifies patterns, inconsistencies, future communication needs, and proactively manages issue resolution to accelerate operational excellence.
  • Manages and leads multiple projects simultaneously and delivers high quality work on time and on budget. Involves the right people/departments when developing project strategies. Constantly looks for ways to streamline process for stores, field and brand team.
  • Facilitates consistent use of brand standards related to communications.
  • Maintains strong cross functional relationships across numerous disciplines.
  • Manages quantity of weekly store communication - streamlines multiple messages into as few as possible.
  • Drives new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective ways by challenging processes and recommending new approaches.
  • Works with senior brand leadership on key messages.
  • Understands graphic design and initiates/leads graphics projects with both internal and external resources.
  • Balances cost with outcome and prioritizes projects accordingly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years in communication role, both writing and developing strategic direction
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills - project management, time management and prioritizing
  • Strong computer skills -Word, Excel, Power Point, Graphic Design experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver high quality work while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and achieve timelines
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and good business judgment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, business records and reports both internal and external

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Pay Range: 114,924.80-170,968.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
