· Review and collect assigned accounts via outbound emails with an emphasis on documenting/organizing correspondence.
· Resolve incoming support requests from customers (internal & external) through various channels (email, chat).
· Escalate customer issues appropriately in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues where appropriate.
· Perform cash applications & research unknown payments.
Contribute to the improvement of departmental KPIs not limited to lowering DSO, improving the percentage of past due balances, attaining purchase orders for invoice submissions, forecasting collections/ending AR, etc.
