You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
High Level Responsibilities
Operational Delivery
•Accountable for having and maintaining up-to-date deep Talent Acquisition and functional knowledge enabling the coordinator to support with key moments that matter during the candidate's recruitment and onboarding journey
•Possesses a strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday) and Standard Operating Procedures
•Possesses the relevant language skills, therefore is effectively able to support both managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
•Responsible for escalating queries for support to the TA Coordinator Lead or TA Advisor where appropriate
•Works with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Leads to deliver recruitment administration activities for internal and external candidates, as well as hiring managers
•Delivers process for candidate reimbursement and invoice processing
•Responsible for ensuring candidates have a positive journey during the recruitment lifecycle
•Responsible for offer proposal for internal hires as well as contract/offer letter generation for internal and external hires
•Processes new joiners – both internal and external, e.g. inputting new employee data
•Accountable for execution of all TA Coordination processes, policies and standard operating procedures
•Delivers process for manual job board postings, background screening/ medical checks (where applicable)
•Manages the offer documentation, onboarding and hiring processes up to start date with MDLZ; Partners with Core HR/WFA on processing of start date changes
Continuous Improvement
•Collaborates with necessary stakeholders to ensure employee data captured during recruitment process feeds effectively to downstream systems and processes for timely onboarding and downstream processes
•Drives an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience and manages candidate communities
•Responsible for delivery of operational procedures through KPIs and SLAs and identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
