Job Title: CNC Mill Operator
Job Description
Operate a CNC Mill on a HAAS, running standard production cycles. Perform machine setup and make necessary corrections throughout the day. Engage in general labor and production duties, including lifting up to 50lbs. Follow blueprints daily to fabricate metal and use hand and power tools to make offset corrections. Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production and fabrication goals.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Mill on a HAAS running standard production cycles
Perform setup of machines and make corrections throughout the day
Lift up to 50lbs during the course of the day
Perform general labor and production duties
Follow blueprints daily to fabricate metal
Use hand and power tools to make offset corrections
Work with supervisors to achieve daily production and fabrication goals
Essential Skills
Experience with CNC machines, specifically running a Mill on a Haas
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Experience with fabrication
Proficiency in using calipers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of CNC experience
Strong mechanical inclination
Willingness to learn for entry-level candidates

Work in an open metal fabrication facility that is non-climate controlled. The environment includes a production floor and warehouse setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
