Job Title: Hose Assembly Technician

Job Description

Do you like physical work and desire to work long-term in a growing company in the semiconductor industry? Come join a growing team as a Hose Assembly Tech! The Hose Assembly Tech works from production drawings, Bills of Materials, verbal instructions, and sketches to perform standard and repetitive hose assembly operations. The tech will use a variety of tools to assemble sub-systems and upper-level systems at the direction of the Assembly Lead and/or Supervisor. This includes building small to medium size insulated hose assemblies.

Additional possible duties: - Utilizes hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hose cutters, rulers, etc. in assembly work. Operates various types of hose crimpers. - Builds up sub-assemblies and mounts them together with other hose components. - Responsible for first-line visual quality inspection of work performed. - Responsible for organization of tools and work station cleanliness. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Monitors automated equipment and monitors inventory of components utilized.

Hard Skills

• Electrical device testing experience

• Infrared Thermography testing

• MS Office & computer proficiency

• Firm understanding of basic electrical theory/principles

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Manor, Texas.

Work Environment

Climate controlled manufacturing environment 1st shift 6am-2:30pm (plus possible overtime, which is voluntary) 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm (plus possible overtime, which is voluntary)
