Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced shipping clerk in our shipping department. The ideal candidate will be someone who has picking and order selection experience, as well as utilizing computers.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in picking orders.

• Ensure accurate and timely order picking.

• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage orders.

• Train and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking orders.

• Ability to lead and manage a team.

• Proficiency in using ERP systems.

Work Environment

Our shipping department operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving packages. The dress code is casual, and safety gear will be provided. Standard working hours apply, with potential for overtime during peak seasons.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
