Summary of Duties:Responsible for the usability and support of the T-Hive product stack by all TICO Business units in the USA (TMH, Raymond, Bastian).Testing and automation quality assurance on product releases.Learn the T-Hive products from a usability perspective, and perform training, customer support, and documentation review.Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.

Qualifications: Position requires aBachelor's degree in Engineering (any) or related field of study and Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following:Engineering design, testing, and commissioning;Industrial automation;Material handling systems;Test system design;Debugging and testing applications;Java coding for automated regression;Python scripting;C# programming and code review;Docker containers and deployment;Linux environment set-up;Azure VM configuration and monitoring;Elasticsearch dashboarding;Wiki, markdown, and other coding documentation; andGit and DevOps branch management.

Position also requires up to 50% domestic and international travel to unanticipated client sites.
