JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Reporting & Control (PRC) Administrator at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY The PRC Administrator compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments: Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents. Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments. Maintains related files to defined procedures. Assists in the development and maintenance of procedures. May prepare requests for reproduction of documents. May operate reproduction equipment. May prepare reports and memorandums as required. Reviews, recommends, and plans implementation of new processes and procedures. Resolves issues between other departments both up and down the supply chain. Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the \"spirit\" of the organization. Perform special assignments as required. Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
