As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of the facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Your expertise will help maintain a high standard of service and support for the building operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance - Troubleshoot, Repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuits.

• Plumbing Repairs - Address Plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs; perform routine inspections to prevent future problems.

• HVAC Maintenance - Conduct regular maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; respond to HVAC service calls as needed.

• General Repairs - Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and other repairs to keep the facility in optimal condition.

• Safety Compliance - Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations; maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Documentation - keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for compliance and tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

• Must have a HSD or GED, Valid Driver's License and a clean criminal background

• Proven experience in building maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, comfortable working in various environments and conditions.

• Good Verbal and written communication skills.

Pay for this position will be $17.00 hourly.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
