Description and Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to development of marketing strategies for the AI services category

Partner with offering leads to position new and existing AI solutions, services, and capabilities

Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions

Global introduction and rollout of offerings (launch and eventual withdrawal)

Partner with product development / management on roadmap execution

Understand AI services market trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape

Create and maintain sales content, web, assets, materials, and other deliverables

Drive and amplify thought leadership to credentialize AI services

Develop revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities

Manage agencies and internal resources to deliver on time and on budget

Key Deliverables

Comprehensive offering marketing and enablement plans

Compelling value props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation

Launch and offering introduction, plus ongoing marketing management

Key Success Metrics

Successful offering introduction and rollout (time to revenue, launch success, stakeholder feedback)

Regular marketing performance metrics and KPIs (product adoption, lead generation, market impact)

Balanced marketing budget

Interfaces with Cross-Functional Teams

Primary Stakeholders: AI Services Marketing Lead & Offering Leads

SSG Marketing leads (AR, events, PR/comms, brand, web, social media)

Geos marketing and sales teams (NA, LA, EMEA, and AP)

Marketing and sales enablement teams across BGs

Customers and partners

Position Requirements

5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the technology sector, including at least two years in services or managing the marketing and positioning of AI solutions

Experience launching and managing offerings through the lifecycle

Track record of engaging global audiences and matrix teams

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations

Outstanding writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically

Professional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities

Degree level qualification in marketing, journalism or equivalent
