Job Description

A telecommunications company in Maryland Heights, MO is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! This team supports the New Mobile Biller operations and manages the internal payment cycle. This person will be reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating information from multiple teams such as IT, marketing, business, development, and engineering. They will be the primary point of contact between all users throughout the SDLC. This person must have a background of understanding technical requirements and able to translate them to the business teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a telecommunications company and understands the biller life cycle. This team sits 5 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO - with after training having 1 day remote.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Computer Science

3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst

Experience managing projects throughout the entire SDLC

Strong understanding / background in software and development

Experience working within telecommunications or billing lifecycle

Experience using JIRA Experience with SQL : reading, writing and creating queries

Understanding of AMDOCS null
