Mason, OH is located in Warren County, “Ohio’s Largest Playground.” Major attractions are right around the corner, including Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island Amusement Park. Our site is 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, where there are multiple attractions including The Newport Aquarium and The Cincinnati Zoo. Cincinnati is also the home AFC Champions the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Cyclones and FC Cincinnati of Major League Soccer.

Job Description:

. Responsible for strategic planning/budgeting, cash management, capital planning, program finance, and compliance with applicable government standards. The position will be responsible for providing leadership, financial strategies and the management of financial resources to ensure the achievement of the site’s business plans and objectives.

Essential Functions: All aspects of contract management, including but not limited to:

  • Leading strategic and annual planning processes for a portfolio of business.

  • Leading cash flow forecasting and mangement for a portolio of business.

  • Reviewing detailed program team budgets and updating projections for monthly sales, operating income, and cash receipt forecasts.

  • Leading routine process for timely and accurate review of EACs for a portfolio of business.

  • Reviewing variance analysis in support of program management for internal weekly and monthly reviews.

  • Experience reviewing Earned Value Management data.

  • Providing leadership support to all types of audits and interfacing with auditors.

  • Identify and develop process improvements to streamline reporting and improve efficiency

  • Reviewing detailed, accurate manufacturing and material cost estimates.

  • Supporting review of proposals.

  • Conducting ad hoc analysis as required

  • Supporting review of rate impact on a portfolio of business.

  • Review appropriateness of revenue recognition determinations in compliance with ASC 606.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience in Finance. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry

  • Minimum 2 years of Earned Value experience

  • Minimum 1 years revenue recognition concepts under ASC 606.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Basic understanding of cost accounting and FA principles. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders

  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Familiarity with an ERP an Earned Value tool, preferably Cost Point, SAP and Cobra

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

  • Experience with Earned Value Management, and an Earned Value tool (COBRA, etc.)

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

  • Should be a self-starter that can work independently and in a team environment

  • Must use management by fact, understand risk management and be able to work well within a team.
