Job Description

Join Cintas as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting our Employment and Talent Solutions team with our centralized recruiting processes and systems. This position is based out of our corporate office in Mason, OH (Cincinnati area). The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution of operations, optimizing our Talent Acquisition capabilities, and empowering our recruiters and hiring managers to achieve our shared mission of attracting and hiring top talent for the organization.

This includes managing recruitment processes, optimizing workflows, supporting recruiting events, managing subscriptions and recruitment licenses, maintaining accurate data, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. The repetitive nature of this role allows for mastery and efficiency, while the nuanced aspects keep the work dynamic, requiring attention to detail and critical thinking. It’s a position that fosters continuous improvement and consistency, which can be highly rewarding for someone who values precision and enjoys the challenge of refining the process. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, adaptable, and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating job requisitions and mapping job profiles for the enterprise to ensure consistency and compliance in the recruiting process.

  • Providing outstanding service to internal customers through a sense of urgency and thoroughness in responding and assisting with all inquiries.

  • Support field hiring managers and recruiters with recruiting and hiring efforts by providing resources, training, and solutions.

  • Manage licenses and subscriptions for recruitment tools for internal recruiters and field hiring managers.

  • Complete recruitment projects for field partners that drive self-service and improve automation.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business and employee-partners.

  • Ability to effectively manage project deadlines, tasks and urgent requests.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and field location staff.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (SAP SuccessFactors, or similar system)

  • Experience working with recruitment data and reporting.
