Actalent Surveyor in Maumee, Ohio

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop detailed proposals.

  • Manage project budgets to ensure successful completion.

  • Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

  • Conduct deed and survey research to guide project planning.

  • Engage in land surveying, engineering, and construction projects.

  • Set up equipment and collect data for surveying purposes.

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards.

  • Use CAD software (Civil 3D) to create precise drawings and documents.

  • Perform survey computations with meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of surveying experience.

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D CAD software for designing and creating drawings.

  • Experience in topography, GPS, ALTA, land survey, and data collection.

  • Applicable degree for surveying license preferred

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).During the initial 12 months, you will be employed through Actalent Services where you will have access to full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k). After 12 months you will be eligible to transition to the engineering firm as a direct employee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $49.00/hr.
