We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Recruiter in Mayfield Heights. The selected individual will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on a range of Recruiting tasks including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, processing new contracts, and maintaining efficient HR systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Efficiently screen candidates at the operational level and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.

• Reformat job descriptions to align with the company's needs and standards.

• Prepare and dispatch hourly offer letters to prospective employees.

• Issue identification badges to new contracts and handle I9 verifications.

• Administer background checks and drug screens to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate orientations for new contracts to introduce them to the company culture and operations.

• Draft bios for new contracts, highlighting their roles and responsibilities within the company.

• Manage the conversion of contract employees to the operational level.

• Assign new contract buddies to assist and guide new employees in the initial stages.

• Control the inventory of new contract swag, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficient in using Careerbuilder

• Experience with CRM

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to use an Applicant Track System

• Experience with conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in Conducting Phone Screens

• Ability to handle Phone Screens

• Experience in conducting Drug Screens

• Proficiency in using UKG Pro

• Familiarity with UKG Ready

• Experience in drafting Offer Letters TalentMatch®
