Overview

As a Steampunk Business Analyst , you will work closely with the client to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with Salesforce Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business processes into clear, actionable documentation that supports the implementation of effective solutions. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, conduct gap analyses, and support the development of user stories and process flows to drive solution design. Assist in testing efforts by validating requirements, reviewing test plans, and ensuring businesss objective are met. Follow best practices in business analysis, maintain documentation standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the proejct.

Contributions

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points.

• Define and map Salesforce fields to ensure data consistency and integration across applications.

• Assist in user training and adoption efforts, providing documentation and support for new system features.

• Stay current on new Salesforce features and best practices to enhance business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce environments. 

• Must have 10 total years of experience

• Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements to drive solution development.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and process flows.

• Experience working in agile environments, including participation in grooming sessions, backlog refinement, spring planning, and testing.

• Certified Scrum Master

• Must have 2 or more salesforce certifications

• Must have a BA/BS degree.

• Master's Degree is preferred

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
