Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Business System Analyst to join their team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This resource will be responsible for gathering business/functional requirements, driving the development and implementation of significant improvements to existing process, and participating in Scrum/Agile Development processes to facilitate progress. This resource will also be expected to collaborate with the development team to create project roadmaps/release plans, facilitating user acceptance testing, and assisting the help desk with incident management. This is a hybrid position so candidates must be comfortable going onsite 2-3 days a week in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst/Business Analyst

• Experience gathering requirements, translating those requirements to developers, and manual testing code

• Strong attention to detail for documentation purposes

• Hands on experience with UAT and regression testing

• Great communication skills and proven experience communicating with other BAs, Developers, and business stakeholders

• Bachelors degree - Automated testing experience

• Government background

• Azure DevOps experience

• SQL null
