Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and management of virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of Windows Server 2016, IIS 8.x, JBoss 6.3, CentOS, Red Hat, and MS SQL Server 2018

• Install, configure, and deploy server environments according to best practices and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with UKG WFM requirements

• Monitor server performance and health metrics, implementing tuning and optimization techniques to enhance performance and reliability

• Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, including software failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems, ensuring minimal downtime

• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to protect data and ensure business continuity in case of server failure

• Ensure the security of server environments by applying patches, updates, and security best practices, as well as conducting regular security audits

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of server configurations, procedures, and policies, ensuring accessibility for team members

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and support, to address server-related needs and facilitate smooth operation of the UKG WFM system

• Assess current and future server capacity needs, planning for scaling and resource allocation as necessary

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years of experience in server management

• 3+ years of experience in UKG WFM Time module functionalities, configurations, and best practices

• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Bachelor's Degree
