Job Summary

The RTM Process Specialist is responsible for setting up rates, reviewing and assembling pricing, and processing rate invoices. They also prepare billing adjustments and conduct research as needed. This role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure all steps of the system billing process are executed in the correct order.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts for new pricing and update customer exception lists.

• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and respond to customer inquiries as needed.

• Identify, research, and resolve errors or customer disputes.

• Edit billing-related information, update customer invoicing, and ensure proper supporting documentation is included.

• Create and process manual billing entries, and review and compare billing information with customer rates.

• Process transportation records through key data entry.

• Add and maintain customer account information and requirements within various billing systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Accounting background (preferred).

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel skills

• Fluent in English.
