Job Description

An Insight Global Client in Southern Oregon for a BC/DR Program Manager. The Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the organizations resilience in the face of disruptions. This role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying critical business functions, and designing strategies to mitigate potential impacts. The Program Manager collaborates with various departments to create and test recovery procedures, ensuring that all employees are trained and aware of their roles during an emergency. Additionally, the Program Manager monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the plans, making necessary adjustments to address evolving threats and regulatory requirements. Strong thought leadership, communication, project management, and program management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices and a proactive approach to safeguarding the organizations operations.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5+ years of experience with BC/DR program strategy management

-3-5+ years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, with a proven track record of success spearheading programs in their entirety

-3-5+ years of experience developing and managing testing, exercise programs to ensure the effectiveness of BC/DR plans

-3-5 years of experience auditing business sided end users vendor usage

-3-5 years of experience vetting and onboarding new vendors while adhering to BC/DR policy and compliance

-3-5+ years of experience with ISO 22301 and NIST SP 800-34 -Automotive industry experience

-Extremely thorough and articulate written/verbal communication null
