Medina Creative Accessibility Services Manager Assistant in Medina, Ohio

The responsibility of the Medina Creative Accessibility (MCA) Services Manager Assistant is to oversee all daily operations of service delivery in the vo-hab sites. This includes but is not limited to schedules, onboarding of new services, MUI/UIR reporting, trouble shooting, and risk management. This is an hourly position.

Responsibilities

A. Responsible for the Master Schedule for program to ensure acuities are met

B. Responsible for all onboarding of new services

C. Responds promptly and professionally via telephone, email, and/or text message to all staff and supervisors during normal business hours

D. Cooperating with all investigations and implementing any and all required changes due to MUIs

E. Responsible for risk management for all provider services including developing policies and procedures in response to MUIs and UIRs

F. Receive and integrate all consumers' ISPs into all MCA paperwork

G. Assist with training of site managers on new consumers' ISPs

H. Assist with training of site managers on changes to current consumers' ISPs

I. Participate, as needed, in the hiring process of new staff and their paperwork completion

J. Ensure all initial training for newly hired staff is completed and sign off on their file

K. Attend ISP meetings and other consumer meetings as needed

L. Ensure that all MCA and DODD paperwork is located in consumer binders by the 1st of each

M. Complete any and all duties assigned by the CEO, COO and Services Manager

N. Maintains all files for the regulated time period of seven (7) year in a secure and confidential manner

O. Assist the Services Manager with ensuring all DODD, DOL rules and regulations are being followed and implemented

P. Responsible to review and approve all time sheets for all staff by noon on Mondays. Provide Financial Assistant any changes to the schedule.

Q. Shared On Call services on a rotating schedule providing emergency assistance to staff in the homes

R. Assist in the covering of shifts when needed

S. Keep current with the DODD regulations by attending seminars and / or trainings as available with the approval of supervisor

T. Medication Administration Certification obtained (within 6 months)

U. ServSafe -- Level 2 Certification obtained (within 6 months)

Skills Required:

A. DODD Knowledge required

B. 3 years DODD experience preferred

C. Experience working with SSA's preferred

D. Experience with implementing ISP's preferred
