For the open position of Senior Electrical Engineer, we are seeking candidates with proven work experience in execution of brownfield projects in the downstream refinery and chemical/petrochemical markets.

Main responsibility is to support the Customer in developing future project scope and preparation of technical documentation, you’re able to prepare discipline deliverables from FEED to Detail engineering for small-medium and large projects

Preferred Experience (software, language, specific knowledge or expertise)

B.SC/MSc in electrical engineering

Typically has 10+ years of relevant discipline experience in international companies.

Have a strong technical background in power generation and LV/MV/HV distribution systems, specifically experience in executing HV and LV SWB replacement works.

Site experience, Construction, Commissioning, and start-up experience.

Experience in Electrical engineering and design work for complete electrical power systems and installations throughout project life cycle i.e., Concept design, FEED, and Detail Design for brownfield type of projects

Good knowledge and understanding of international codes and standards, and European Directives, i.e. IEC, EN, IEEE, ATEX, ..etc

Familiar with the Dutch NEN codes and standards.

Familiar with checking Power system studies (LF, SCC & motor starting, protection coordination), as a minimum, with any of the following tools: ETAP, Vision capable to review all calculations required for sizing & selection of electrical equipment

Experienced in performance of various electrical activities, such as preparation of equipment specifications, requisitions, data sheets, preparation of construction packages, electrical sub-contracts, technical bid evaluation, electrical material estimates, quality checks of documents and planning and preparation of interpreting Circuit Diagrams and Schematics.

Provide technical support to site activities with flexibility for (Site Assignment)

Participates in inspections and FAT’s

Dutch speaking is desirable.
