We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to oversee the management of Mondelez 3rd party warehouses in Australia and the inventory strategy including deployment/projections across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a pivotal role, acting like an owner, with focus on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale and Compliance.
Some key accountabilities (but not limited to):
Ensure the 3PLs are managed in accordance to Mondelez Safety Standards
Report monthly on all Safety KPIs and conduct RCAs on all safety incidents and key near misses
Work with 3PLs to conduct all safety audits and close out gaps as required
Ensure the 3PLs are managed in accordance to Mondelez Quality Standards
Work with 3PLs to conduct all quality audits and close out gaps
Ensure all charges for services are reconciled and processed in a timely manner and that total costs do not exceed the agreed annual contract amounts
Execution of annual stocktakes at all sites
Ensure inventory integrity overall is maintained and work with 3PL operators to ensure accuracy and timely transactions to support at all times
Ensure all 3PL sites adhere to KPI’s as detailed in the various agreements and govern 3PLs through weekly meetings
Ensure all 3PL sites are aware of customer compliance requirements and they have suitable measures in place to support at all times
Manage all systems and IT related matters involved including the various systems interfaces between MDL and the 3PL’s. and customers where applicable
Support all CO2 reduction initiatives and report on all waste as part of the Ullage process
Develop an engagement plan to motivate the team, DEI initiatives and foster a good working culture
Conduct all mandatory MDLZ audits as required including social audit, ensuring Internal Control guidelines and policies are being implemented on site
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
10+ years in supply chain management including warehouse, transport and inventory management
Demonstrated ability to manage $10+m budgets
Experience in team leadership and people management
Ideally experience in managing third party providers
Experience in managing inventory and forecast projections
Experience in customer service management
SAP Advanced knowledge & Experience Essential
Experience in processes related to the planning cycle, mainly as a distribution planner (DRP) and/or Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)

This role is based in our Head Office - South Melbourne, with travel to our other sites Ringwood and Truganina National Distribution Centre, when required
