What's the role?

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in client account management, driving new business opportunities and developing and executing strategic content marketing campaigns for our clients. As a Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist at Visual Domain you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dynamic content production team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Account Management of a client portfolio and successful delivery of video content programs

  • Generate revenue from new clients by responding to leads

  • Identifying clients requirements, projects scope, and estimate project costings

  • Creating proposals to win new projects

  • Responding to briefs and RFQ’s

  • Maintaining and nurture client relationships

  • Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (Hubspot)

  • Running handover and kickoff meetings with new clients and our production team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email marketing

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends

  • Create and optimize compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. • Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think laterally to solve problems and issues

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Structured and can follow a proven process

  • Strong listening and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Track record of consistently hitting sales targets

  • Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
