Your day at NTT DATA
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics practice on a permanent position.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of professional consulting services including scoping, design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions. You will also be involved in Pre-Sales functions and contribute to solution architecture.
What you'll be doing
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant your role will focus on designing, developing, testing and deploying custom enterprise solutions and working with all project stakeholders to ensure that the system is configured and tailored to meet the business needs.
Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps tailored for CRM functions.
Apply best practices in code development within Dynamics CRM to create efficient and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities across all Dynamics CRM modules.
Create technical specifications and manage version control and project workflows.
Support the team in conducting workshops and proofs of concept.
Mentor the junior consultants in the team.
What would make you a good fit to the role?
Experience in working for a consulting organisation or systems integrator delivering custom Dynamics CRM/CE applications in an enterprise environment.
Proven experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE modules, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to present technical concepts to business users.
Able to work effectively within a team or work autonomously.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
