WESCO Warehouse Associate - Tullamarine in Melbourne, Australia
Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career opportunity for highly motivated team players as a Warehouse Associate for our Tullamarine office. In this role you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for
Picking, packaging and dispatching orders
Receiving stock, purchase orders and processing delivery dockets
Loading and unloading trucks
Offloading and loading pallets
Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies.
Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use.
Liaise with couriers related to orders and deliveries.
General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
Customer contact for orders and ETAs
What You'll Bring

Full driver’s license
Current Forklift license is essential.
Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes.
Previous experience in a similar role or electronic retail industry is beneficial.
