Applied Ecology Inc. Entry Level Water Resources Engineer in Melbourne, Florida

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related water resources discipline; Graduate degree preferred
- Experienced in AutoCAD
- Experience with Civil 3D, MEP/Revit, or other hydraulic modeling platforms
- EIT certification preferred
- Internship or applied experience preferred.
- Must have technical writing and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Accountable for productivity and actions.
- Detail-oriented, work as part of a team and leadership skills
- Employer will train
- Regularly lift, carry, and load field equipment such as sample coolers up to 40 pounds with assistance.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid U.S. Drivers License and a clean driving record required.
- Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Background check.

- Experience with surface water, groundwater, and integrated modeling software
- Experience with Green Infrastructure, Water Quality, or Coastal Resilience projects
- Experience with database management tools for data tracking and reporting preferred
- Experience with GIS editing and data management using ESRI ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online software
