Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the sales team, to ensure all orders are processed and stock

availability and delivery issues are highlighted.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate orders from the website and allocate stock to an order and issue pick notes to the Warehouse.

• Ensuring the customer is not over credit limits – any issues referred to finance.

• Inbound calls and email enquiries answered and directed to the correct team.

• Credit card processing customers​.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Effective decision maker.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent team working.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressured environment.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Strong IT skills – Microsoft office suite, CRM, order processing, expenses reporting.

Desired skills include

• Automotive industry experience.

• Experience and understanding of export activity and procedures.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.00 to $28.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
