Description

FHN Financial Memphis Back Office Operations is looking for an individual to provide support and oversight within the Account Services Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with sales and compliance to ensure the client accounts meet Compliance standards.

  • Processing of customer accounts across multiple systems

  • Coordinate incoming account documentation and review for completeness and accuracy

  • Perform compliance and regulatory review prior to opening the customer account

  • Prepare documents and correspondence for customers requesting additional information and/or documentation from the customer

  • Communicate with sales reps and sales assistants regarding account set-up status and documentation needs

  • Create and maintain files

  • Communicate with BSA/AML Compliance area regarding account set-up and approvals

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and an attention to detail. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate:

  • Collaborates effectively in a team setting

  • Has customer first attitude

  • Can demonstrate research and problem-solving skills; show critical thinking abilities to identify and escalate issues

  • Is highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and able to demonstrate ability to prioritize work

  • Has proven ability to analyze large sets of data in a timely manner

  • Has had experience with performance and risk concepts

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel skills required
