Description
FHN Financial Memphis Back Office Operations is looking for an individual to provide support and oversight within the Account Services Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with sales and compliance to ensure the client accounts meet Compliance standards.
Processing of customer accounts across multiple systems
Coordinate incoming account documentation and review for completeness and accuracy
Perform compliance and regulatory review prior to opening the customer account
Prepare documents and correspondence for customers requesting additional information and/or documentation from the customer
Communicate with sales reps and sales assistants regarding account set-up status and documentation needs
Create and maintain files
Communicate with BSA/AML Compliance area regarding account set-up and approvals
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and an attention to detail. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate:

Can demonstrate research and problem-solving skills; show critical thinking abilities to identify and escalate issues
Is highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and able to demonstrate ability to prioritize work
Has proven ability to analyze large sets of data in a timely manner
Has had experience with performance and risk concepts
Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel skills required
