Obtain and Review Work Orders from Sales Counter

Determine tasks to be completed and necessary supplies and equipment

Retrieve customer vehicle from parking lot and position in appropriate work bay

Record vehicle mileage, physical damage, warning lights on or other problems on work order

Perform work as required

If a minor mechanical repair - follow standard operating procedures for repairs

If a major mechanical repair

- - determine what parts need to be purchased - estimate labor to be charged - return Work Order to Sales staff to obtain customer approval - once approved, order and receive parts - make appropriate repairs

Once work is complete, TEST DRIVE vehicle to ensure problem is corrected

Once determined to be complete, return customer vehicle to designated parking area ensuring that interior remains clean

Return customer keys to sales staff and inform their work is complete
