We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our client's IT team! The ideal candidate will be an experienced detail oriented with a strong foundation in Windows server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies. This role requires a hands-on individual with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to manage and maintain our critical IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

• Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical data.

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.

• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

• Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex system issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents efficiently and effectively.

• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge base.

• Manage and administer Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.

• Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to ensure seamless integration with IT infrastructure.

• Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.

• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

• Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to accommodate urgent system issues or project deadlines.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, including a strong focus on Windows servers and VMware.

• Proven experience in level 3 support and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform and Office 365 administration.

• Knowledge of SQL database administration is a plus. Experience with ERP implementation projects is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
