As a Talent Manager, you will:

• Make outbound business development calls and foster relationships with key decision makers and hiring managers

• Meet with decision-makers at top companies and utilize a consultative, world-class approach to help drive businesses through market intel and expertise along with Memphis' top Administrative talent

• Recruit and pipeline top talent for administrative, customer service, and HR roles.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience or talent acquisition experience.
