Responsibilities:

• Oversee Fund and GP ledgers, managing expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, and partner allocations.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Work closely with finance management and external providers for audit and tax filings.

• Track cash positions, process capital calls, and manage distributions.

• Review Fund Admin Accountants' reporting packages and handle inquiries from limited partners.

  Requirements

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience in venture capital or private equity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• Strong background in investment partnership accounting and tax is preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
