The Manager of Client Services will supervise & manage the Client Services Department and ensure timely response and satisfaction to both internal and external customers. The Manager will ensure that clients are provided exceptional service by the assigned employees and maintain a positive and proactive solution-oriented department. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the flow of communication between clients and the company is fluid. This position ensures clients receive exceptional service. We are looking for a driven leader that desires to become the technical expert this team needs to lead them to success. Must be a strategic thinker with data analytic skills. Needs to have a proactive approach to problem solving and be a forward-thinking individual that can spot red flags before they explode.
