Job Title: Payroll Manager
Job Description
Oversee and execute all payroll processes including benefit deductions, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions ensuring integrity in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and unionized payrolls. Ensure the new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Identify, implement, review, and improve payroll systems, policies, and processes. Prepare and maintain accurate weekly, quarterly, and yearly records and reports of payroll transactions. Provide necessary payroll registers, reports, etc. that are needed by accounting.
Hard Skills
3+ years in payroll management role
Experience with ADP, UltiPro, or UKG (UKG preferred)
Manufacturing experience
