RESPONSIBILITIES UW-Stout is a primarily teaching institution with faculty teaching typically 24 credits per year. As such, faculty hired for this position teach an average of 12 credit hours of coursework each semester, including lower- and upper-level courses in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and other lower- and upper-level courses in their discipline. Involvement in curriculum development; research and scholarly activity; and service to the department and the university are expected along with other duties as assigned by the department chair.
